The warranty period for the Testomat is 2 years from delivery.
The operating instructions can be viewed or downloaded in the online shop, either directly with the item or in a separate download area.
It is possible to extend the warranty on a newly purchased Testomat device. The warranty period can be extended by one year. You can extend the device warranty directly via your online shop customer account. To do so, the warranty extension must be completed within the first 3 months after the date of purchase.

Yes, you are welcome to send the defective device to our address. When returning the device, please include a description of the fault and remove the indicator from the device before sending it back. Once we have received the defective device, you will first receive a cost estimate for the expected repair costs. The repair will only be carried out after you have given your approval.
