Description "Milwaukee MW301 PRO portable conductivity meter"

The MW301 is a portable conductivity (EC) meter with automatic temperature compensation.
It is designed to meet the farmer's need for equipment suitable for the aggressive environments of agriculture and hydroponics.
Conductivity testing provides a method to optimise chemical use and minimise operating costs.
In agriculture, soil conductivity is tested before fertiliser is applied to determine the need in the field, and after fertilisation to determine its effectiveness.
In hydroponics, EC measurement is ideal for determining the concentration of fertiliser in a solution.
After the determination, the grower can adjust the nutrient formula for optimal plant growth. 
The MW301 has a measuring range of 0 to 1990 µS/cm with a resolution of 1 µS/cm.
This conductivity meter comes complete with conductivity probe with 1 m (3.3') cable and calibration solution.
